The payment applications run on a dual-redundant and distributed cluster of servers replicated over 2 independent data centres. Dual redundancy provides merchants with as close to 100% up time as possible - every aspect of the network and all applications are monitored 24/7. IPG currently processes in excess of 2 million transactions per month and has been stress tested to 20 times current volume to accommodate future growth.
IPG is independently audited on an annual basis in line with the Tier 1 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and has been listed as an AIS Certified Partner with Visa Europe since 2004.
Our anti-fraud features include purpose built proprietary and outsourced specialist systems which help to ensure merchants are within acceptable chargeback thresholds enforced by the card associations. We also operate and support the Verified by Visa and MasterCard 3D Secure Payer Authentication systems.
